Emplify Health has partnered directly with NWTC to provide convenient, coordinated, free and low cost care for you and your family. Emplify’s Mobile Card will let you save your clinic’s hotline and scheduling page straight to your phone’s contacts for ease of use. Just scan the QR Code with your mobile device and you’ll be able to reach your care team and schedule appointments within moments.

I would place this section under the ‘Onsite Location, Hours & Services’ and ‘Nearsite Services’ sections; however, I would also reorganize those top section to be more stacked to lessen white space — though it would stay stacked on top of each other in mobile format. I would move the Services part to be to the right of the Location and Hours. Placing the Mobile Card section before the Additional Info section would be ideal since it would allow visitors to save the the contact and then have the opportunity to look into more specific information after seeing the information that is typically searched for the most frequently (i.e. address, hours, main links, etc.).
